Good Music

From the digital Booklet of The Bridge School Collection, Vol. 1 (Live) 2006 © The Bridge SchoolAs I was browsing through the iTunes Store this morning, I stumbled upon some extraordinary live takes of great rock musicians such as Ben Harper, Crosby, Stills & Nash, Dave Matthews Band, Eddie Vedder, Jack Johnson, James Taylor, Metallica, Pearl Jam, R.E.M, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Tom Waits, Willie Nelson and many many more, from the Annual Benefit Concert of The Bridge School.

The Bridge School Benefit is an annual non-profit charity concert held in Mountain View, California every October at the Shoreline Amphitheatre. The concerts are all organized by musician Neil Young and his wife, Pegi. Proceeds benefit The Bridge School. The first concert was in October 1986, and, with the exception of 1987, the concert has been held every year since. As a practice, but not a rule, the performers use acoustic instruments. Young also personally performs every year.

It's good music. It's good for you! ;-)
