Two Worlds
Internet has its "outside", too. You can stroll through many web sites with magnificent contents about the outside world, awesome pictures, stories to read, videos and much more. One of these sites is the web site of National Geographic Magazine, which I do check out every week.
Today there was an announcement on the homepage for a photo contest "Connections", which took my attention right away. So I launched iPhoto and searched my photographs for something to represent connections. To my surprise, I found something (among astonishingly numerous candidates) which could do the work.
The photo was, I named it "Two Worlds", taken in Edinburg (click on the pic to see it in full size), Scotland on the 20th of April, 2006. The motive it is a North Face advertisement placed on one of the many Edinburgh Taxis. I hope, the connection is obvious.
